Course Number: 45868

Design thinking is a critical approach for business leaders to solve complex problems and drive innovation. This course integrates AI technologies—such as natural language processing (NLP), large language models (LLMs), big data, and generative design—with design thinking to provide practical tools for leading organizational change, developing data-driven solutions, and addressing global challenges, including those outlined in the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We will explore human-machine collaboration, understanding how AI can complement human creativity and decision-making to create scalable, innovative solutions. A strong emphasis is placed on ethics and bias mitigation in AI-driven, human-centered design. Whether leading teams, shaping strategy, or tackling broader societal issues, this course equips us with the skills to make a lasting impact on business and society.
